State Department’s Strategic Plan 2023-2027

The Ps for MSME and Development lead HODs in a Validation workshop for the State Department’s Strategic Plan 2023-2027. The validation workshop marks a key stride in the efforts towards shaping the MSMEs sector as envisaged in the Bottom-Up Economic Transformation Agenda (BETA) and the Kenya Vision 2030.

The MSMEs Sector plays a catalytic role in driving inclusive and sustainable economic development in Kenya while creating positive social change. The sector primarily provides opportunities for absorbing low-skill and economically excluded segment of the labour force including youth, women, persons with disabilities and those with low levels of education.
