Progress of the Centre for Entrepreneurship Project
The Principal Secretary Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises met with a team from KfW Development Bank led by the KFW Portfolio Manager Mr. David Ohlig to discuss the progress of the Centre for Entrepreneurship Project, that seeks to expand youth employability through upskilling and retooling.
The Kshs. 3 billion project will be implemented through satellite centres to be established around the mapped out Special Economic Zones across the country and will target to upscale the local youth workforce to build their capabilities to be absorbed in the industry either as a labour force or entrepreneur.
