Principal Secretary Hon. Mang'eni Signs FY 2025/2026 Performance Contract

This morning, Principal Secretary Susan Mang'eni signed the 2025/2026 Performance Contract for our department, reaffirming our commitment to efficiency, good governance, inclusivity, and accountability in service delivery.

The signing ceremony was presided over by our Cabinet Secretary Dr. Wycliffe Oparanya and brought together the leadership of the State Departments for Cooperatives and MSMEs Development.

CS Oparanya noted that while the Ministry continues to register strong performance across its core mandates, performance contracting helps strengthen accountability, track results, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.

We have all hands on deck as we advance enterprise growth, accelerate job creation, and promote inclusive economic empowerment for all Kenyan.
