Hon. Simon Kiprono Chelugui, EGH holds a Master’s Degree (MSc) In Finance, Investment   &   Strategic Management, and Bachelors of Commerce (Management   science option)   Degree from   the University of Nairobi, Kenya. He has also been   extensively trained in   Corporate Governance.

 He is a person of high integrity and ethical standard, of exceptional professional conduct,   and a   person committed to duty. He has excellent presentation, oral, and written   communication   competencies with keen analytical and logical aptitudes He gets along   with many people. His   current career focus is to assist future leaders and managers to be   efficient and effective in building   and growing sustainable institutions with passion, courage, and integrity.

 He has over twenty-five years of work experience in corporate governance, Policy   Formulation,   monitoring and reviewing implementation and technical policies; Water   Engineering, Finance, Investment & Strategic Management and has worked directly with different Government institutions i.e. Cabinet Secretary, NGCDF Board as a Director, Betting Control and Licensing Board – Director and other institutions private firms e.g. Penelly Construction and Engineering Ltd, Baumann Engineering.
