The Changamka Kenya Shopping Festival serves as a key platform to promote market access, facilitate trade, and further the Buy Kenya Build Kenya initiative, that is designed to encourage Kenyans to support locally made goods, which in turn strengthens the nation’s economy.

The festival brings over 200 exhibitors, including more than 100 manufacturing SMEs, celebrating the best of Kenyan-made goods and serves as a testament to the resilience and quality of local MSMEs. This aligns closely with the Buy Kenya Build Kenya strategy, which continues to propel Kenya towards a self-sufficient, diversified economy where local businesses can thrive and compete globally.

This year’s festival not only highlights local production but also provides platform for women- and youth-led SMEs to showcase their products, gaining visibility and potentially expanding their market reach.
